This grocery price list is a goal price list. It’s what an experienced grocery shopper expects to pay for items, either from low price stores, from sales, and/or coupons. Download our entire grocery price list here.
When you are starting with coupons, don’t feel bad if you can’t reach these grocery prices. It will come with time. Also, there are regional variations, so a shopper in New York City would have more difficulty reaching the grocery prices in this list, compared to someone in the mid-west.
On the other hand, if you have been couponing for a while, you may be able to get cheaper grocery prices than those on this list. Feel free to cross out prices on the list and enter your own price goals. There are also spaces to enter grocery prices for additional items you buy.
If you are looking for a grocery price list with typical prices, instead of goal prices, check out the US government’s list of retail grocery prices here (scroll down to Table 733 at the page bottom).
